Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the world!  Orders usually take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. The following items are an exception to that policy:

  • FanMats products which can take up to 15 business days for non-car mats and 21 business days for carmats.  These items do usually ship well before those periods. 
  • All Tennis Ball Shadowboxes take 7-10 business days to manufacture prior to shipping
  • All Highland Mint Photomint products take 4-6 business days to manufacture prior to shipping
  • Team logo display cases usually 3 business days to manufacture before shipping.  Team logo display cases are made to order.
  • Framed items usually take 3-5 business days to go through framing before shipping.  Our framing option offers professional style framing and matting.  The same applies to framed collage items and specialty pieces (game used equipment plaques).
  • Shipping times may vary between items and might arrive in separate boxes.

At SportsMemorabila.com, we will make every attempt to ship items as quickly as possible and exceed our stated policy.  Please note that the processing of orders includes pulling the item from inventory, recording it's departure, packaging the item, labeling the item, and then shipping the item.  Orders are processed and fulfilled in the same order they are received.  Once an order is processed, it will immediately ship via the method chosen by the customer. Orders placed on the following days or after the following times will be registered and sent for processing on the next business day:

  • After 1pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday
  • United States Government Holidays
  • Select Religious Holidays

* Free shipping on orders over $200 for domestic ground shipping only.  Does not apply for coupons unless paid amount minus the coupon is over $200.  Free shipping applies only to orders whose total weight is 14 pounds or less (if your checkout page shows a charge for shipping with the order being over $200, your order weights 14 pounds or more).

  • GraceCollector.com will not be responsible for duties charged on international orders.  It is the receivers responsibility to accept the package from customs along with its respective charge.  Any package that is returned by customs will carry the shipping/handling charge.
  • GraceCollector.com does NOT ship to unconfirmed addresses for customers who choose to use Paypal for payment.  This may delay shipment significantly.
  • If an item is lost or stolen in transit, GraceCollector.com will file a legal claim through the carrier.  Once the claim is complete and a decision is made, a new piece will be sent or refund given.

Holiday Return Policy 2007

Customers who order and disregard the suggestion at checkout to use expedited delivery as per the holiday shipping policy WILL NOT be able to return their items if they do not arrive in time for Christmas.  Suggested shipping method is clearly displayed on the checkout page if an item needs to be expedited to guarantee Christmas delivery.  If shipping times need to be clarified please call or email a representative.  Keep in mind UPS does not guarantee UPS Ground delivery, as they do their expedited services, so it is suggested to use expedited services on all order after December 7th.

 Holiday Shipping Information 2007

To guarantee delivery by Christmas, please choose UPS Next Day Air*.  Delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed for Highland Mint products, framed items (jerseys and photos) and FanMats if ordered after 12/12.  Highland Mint products will not be shipped in the period from 12/24 to 1/2, as the production and shipping department will be closed for the holidays and to perform inventory checks.  Guarentees apply to domesitc shipping only.
